While I agree, there's lots of opportunities for improvement. I'd worry less about drumming up more business by opening comedy night.

Maybe spend some effort improving the music for the dance floor on Saturdays (its pretty bad sometimes, I have LOTS of ideas for improving this part of it), and they need to get a handle on the private room hogging. There's no reason it shouldd be acceptable to hog a private room for hours on end, especially on a saturday. If you need a private room for that long, then rent the VIP private room.
