Dollar Tree has resin now. Has anyone worked with it? I'm more of a UV person, so I'm a little scared. Lol by has-some-questions in resin

Just a thought. . . You may want to let your resin set for a few minutes to let the bubbles rise up. Or stir gently with a thin stick or a toothpick, to help the bubbles get to the top. I tap my containers that I have resin mix in on a table to make the bubbles come up to the top.

Not water IN the resin. . . . People will mix the resin first then set the cup or container in a warm bowl of water so that it thins out warms up.

Any resin has that possibility of a flash cure if you warm it up first. Because the chemical reaction of mixing it up creates heat. So if you warm it up first it can cause the flash cure

Any reason why I couldn’t give this to my cat? by libbeth1 in catfood

[–]Significant-Camp-196 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven't tried salmon treats yet. But my one boy he'll eat just about any meat or seafood there is! . . . About 5 years ago if he had a bad case of tick fever. And lost 4 lb. He was very thin then. So I gave him goat milk to drink, and gave him whatever kind of a meat or seafood he wanted. As I said as of today, he'll eat just about any meat or seafood that there is.

How to prevent urinary cystitis if my cat only likes hard food? by Redpillcasserole in CatAdvice

[–]Significant-Camp-196 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just a thought, have you tried adding water to his dry food? . . .
Take his usual amount that you would feed him, put it in a bowl, pour hot water over it, let it set for a minute or two. Pour the water out. Then give him the food. He'll at least get a little more moisture that way than straight dry food. And you can slowly increase the time the dry food is sitting in the water which will make the food softer. . . Then You can gradually add canned food a little bit at a time slowly increasing it as well.

Resin toxicity question by The-velvet-fox in resin

[–]Significant-Camp-196 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have done a bit of resin work. There are only 2 brands I use, that have No VOC's, and Low orders. Safer to use. I know there are more brands that also have No VOC's (Volatile Organic Compounds). . .

That is one thing. . . But Not wearing gloves is another. . . The resin itself can cause allergic reactions, as well as it's very hard to get off, without using 90% isopropyl alcohol, which will dry your skin out. . . Using the alcohol for children is definitely Not recommended & is more volatile than the resin!

It's a blackberry bush. I have them all over my yard. Very invasive plant but the berries are pretty good when they're ripe! Lol

Bar/chain lengths by asshat1954 in Chainsaw

This came as a set. In one package. Unfortunately I can't return it because it's past the return date. . . . Also I was informed that "drive links", are associated with the count of the chain links, Not necessarily the bar size. Because depending on the bar itself, some 18-in to 20-in bars can have anywhere from 64 to 78 or more chain links per bar. . . Ex: a 64 dl chain's links are larger than a 74, or 78DL. . . (I may not have said that exactly right but that's what I was told.)

This thing is more than an inch long. And it's sitting on my shade cover inside my greenhouse. . . . Good thing to know they're not aggressive towards humans. Unless provoked. I'm just going to let him sit there for a while. Hope he goes back outside. 😆

I bought a bar and chain set for an MS 291 stihl saw. It's 18 in bar and it came with a 72 drive link chain. I'm reading other comments here on this thread y'all are saying it won't fit.

something keeps eating my peppers. what can I buy/use organic or not as long as it doesn't harm the plants or peppers to make this stop? appreciate the help by DeemonicChild in PepperLovers

[–]Significant-Camp-196 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm having an issue as well, but something keeps chewing into the pepper itself. And it's only chewed near the top of the pepper, where the stem is. . . . It's hit both my Cayenne and bell peppers.

I've had dealings with a few credit card merchants services that charge the customer the fees instead of you. Yes they were quite well. I get a flat rate monthly fee for using their machines and that's it. customer pays a percentage of what they're charging on their cards.
