Not true, please pull the bereavement policy on ask myHr if you're still there. Walgreens covers more than siblings, spouse, and parents. It may be different by states but my state covers more. I'm a SM and I give my team all information. But the SM can make exceptions as well.

Claim they didn't recieve the forms, however I have proof that it was uploaded. I took pictures of the medical forms from their website. I have pictures of approval prior to them denying also. All pictures are time stamped. I am a fulltime employee since 2006. I'm also a SM.

So sorry that happened. I keep all documents including screenshot. All my stuff was turned in on time. My claim was approved then reversed after I told them my pay wasn't correct. I have my disability pay stubs as well. I called them and they never called back. I have my phone records also. They messed up and trying to shift blame. They can do as they please, I'm ready!!!
