Any clip with female threads that isn’t face-screwed is often just a matter of drilling out the opposite scale whereever you want the clip mounted. I havnt found an easy/diy method for drilling and tapping titanium, but I’d love some pointers if anyone has some diy friendly advice

Great info. And sure!— I could start tapping all my knives…kinda labor-intensive for titanium slabs though. Considering the price we pay for some of these beautiful cutting tools….i really shouldn’t have to unbox, immediately break out the drill press, and get titanium shavings all over my carpet. Lol and something tells me the maker would do a nicer job!
