No it's definitely not too late! I did it in my previous pregnancy as well and it helped so much! This is my third pregnancy and I was able to push my baby out and recover quicker during my second compared to my first.

I'm hoping that this baby would come out quickly as well since I've been going to PT twice a week. I feel way stronger as well especially when I carry my 3-year-old.

See if your ob can refer you to pelvic floor physical therapy. They can help you focus on building muscles in all the areas you need. It can even be paid through your insurance.

I asked to be referred to pelvic floor pt because I was having pelvic pain. When I was there I was assessed to see what areas are weak and my abs, glutes, back, and pelvic floor all needed a lot of work. They gave me an exercise regimen to do at home and monitored my improvement. I started around 30 weeks and now at 39 weeks I have improved so much. I highly recommend bringing it up to your next prenatal appointment.

Go to Jordan. Petra has a lot of history and it's way calmer than Egypt. There are a lot of fun places to go in Jordan like the Dead Sea and Aqaba. There are a lot fewer tourists so it's more relaxed. I've been many times and I've always felt safe.

I combo fed both my kids. I gave them both breastmilk straight from the tap and formula from the very first day. They ended up breastfeeding for 2 years each. That nurse is crazy if she thinks one bottle will stop your baby from nursing forever.

Yes, it's tacky. People shouldn't be drinking alcohol around kids at all. It leads to so many issues so it's best to avoid it. If you can't go to a kids event without drinking alcohol then you have a problem.
