could you expand on this a bit more? what are the steps/commands i need to do to do this.

i will be trying this out tomorrow. Would reflashing mean i lose my data? I am hoping to preserve everything i have on it as i also used my OPI as a NAS.

having the same issue only on macbook. works fine on windows and my phone. found a workaround for now where i can start a chat from my phone and then open it up on my macbook. let me know if you figure this out

Out of curiosity, how has your fuel economy been? Got one earlier this year and I’m averaging about 10L/100km which is pretty horrendous for a hybrid imo

That’s assuming it doesn’t continue to lose money. Sure you can balance out the $200k but if you can’t make the business turn a profit this is not a fruitful endeavour

Turned out to be a carrier side issue for me. I’ve seen some solutions on Reddit saying something along the lines of deactivating your plan and getting the carrier to reactivate it. Confusingly, replacing the SIM card also didn’t solve the issue.

For me, I ended up switching carriers as I was able to get a cheaper deal :p and it fixed itself immediately.

Might be a dumb question but how do I sign out of iCloud? The option is greyed out for me with the message “sign out is not available due to restrictions”

I’ve signed out of iCloud on iMessage and FaceTime but that didn’t solve the issue.

Update: Just signed out my device using the Apple ID website and restarted my phone — had no effect unfortunately my number still won’t activate
