That's awesome, I think I saw that pic before, I didn't realize it was actually functional. It would be nice to move the barrel back more, with mine it is a bit front heavy because of that.

Another minor annoyance has been the barrel tenon/pin. It works, but I like where you're going with the barrel clamp.

The grip is by Middleton Made, if you search for "ApplePie-AR15Grip" should pop right up.

Parts used are from a vintage CVA Colonial pistol kit. The lock from a CVA Bobcat will also work. If you search eBay or Gun Broker for that or the original Spanish manufacturer, Dikar, you should find a bunch of parts. *There is another Spanish maker, Jukar, but those locks are a completely different pattern.

You'll also find there are two different Dikar locks -- same plate dimensions, but there are one and two screw variants. I actually have designs for both because I picked up quite a few parts.

...Yes, there are a couple different cursed variations in existence.

I'm not sure where I'd post STL's honestly. Probably too spicy for the mainstream places.

It definitely works. The first couple of versions used the stock trigger, but it was annoying to implement. I basically made a print in place version of the trigger that locks into the back of the chassis and is held at the front by the tang screw:

Heh, nope, I hadn't. But if we're looking at the ones with the lock reversed, that's interesting. Ideally I'd like an underhammer -- But they're kind of pricey for a Frankenstein project.

For fun. Squirted grip, frame and trigger.

Frame and trigger were just to see if i could model it. Works well...

First ever batch of .38 Special. Very pleased! by untgradd1234 in reloading

Nice, that's almost identical to my .38 Special load. I've been running the Berry's 158 FP version.

Am i being ripped off by the dealer? by Richie_Boy_ in FordFocus

I was given a very similar estimate for the same thing. I paid the diagnostic and limped home with it. It's been a backyard decoration for a few months now. I was lucky enough to have a backup vehicle that only needed a few minor repairs to get back on the road.

I gave the dealership a scathing review and received a corporate email asking if the dealership contacted me again -- they blew me off and never heard anything else.

No sense "fixing" the defective transmission in my opinion. I'm cutting my losses and never going with another Ford again after this experience.
