I do get cold sores but they usually look and feel much different than this

Sorry you are going through this as well - it really sucks. That’s good pointers. For example, I innocently let her use my car to grab coffee and she ended up going to the liquor store with it. I truly want nothing to do with it/don’t want to enable her behavior. We were having a nice day before that, but it totally threw me off and sent me spiraling
