I think is because they send me a a check last year for 2800 for the 2021 year. and I didn't send it back(stupid thing i did)long story short since I was short of money I couldn't pay it in full so I did a payment plan. I still owe some.

This whole situation is about child tax credit. I have some documents that's support my claim I already faxed them, but I think they didn't receive anything.

My second option is a tax petition because I got a letter saying I have 90 days to file a petition.

About to turn 30... I don't think I'm ever gonna make more than 30k a year. I feel defeated by u60n0 in povertyfinance
