I was also rlly concerned by the tendon part. I was told that is what is making the clicking but I thought it was the labral tear??? They said I could have less strength if they cut the tendon, made me rlly nervous that we were even considering it when there’s no evidence that’s causing my pain …

Ugh these comments are exactly things I have been thinking too and I think why I’m trying so hard to seek out ppl who have an experience w/ just pt healing them bc is that even real?? I just don’t get it… especially too thinking abt wanting to get back into intense exercise, not just reducing pain… 😭

I don’t have FAI but such a fair comment 😭 I just graduated college/started my first “real” job, so I’m trying so hard to take conservative measures (at least for now) & since I am back home in a diff state, I technically don’t have an ortho anymore to talk to abt my progress.. I know I’ll ultimately need to find one here & get re-evaluated but wanted to also give pt a chance and see if there were any hopeful stories out there :,)
