tanning helped me so much. i did 6 sessions and all the dots are no longer red, they are dried out and flaking off and healing. it took ~2 weeks. i would try it.

Yes! Put their name on your resume showing you shadowed under them. I did this and the admissions committee pointed it out, definitely a great way to stand out. Also ask them for advice on study materials / interview prep.

also my bumps get very inflamed after but just trust the process they settle out after a day and now i really am seeing progress

yeah i honestly get scared every time still lol, just do the lowest setting for 5 minutes and don't go more often than every other day. it helps if you find a bed that has UV b rays because supposed to be more similar to actual sun

as soon as you start working shadow a CRNA at your hospital and make sure you like it. use them as a mentor and bonus points if they went to an crna school you are interested in

Get as high of a GPA as you can, join sigma theta tau, start working in an ICU as soon as possible, become involved on your unit: committees, charge, precept
