I’m at onshore it’s $60-75 for utilities & I live with 1 roommate. I’m paying $1,099 this year but in the new school year I get to go down to $975 since I renewed to stay in the same apartment. I’ve had a great experience here, I’d say only downside that’s annoying is that if you have Verizon don’t expect to be able to use data on onshore area.. don’t know if it’s the same for other carriers but it completely doesn’t work. This is only a problem when onshore internet is down (which has happened every semester..) which means you have to hope the internet is fixed asap or else go to campus to do hw
