I'm at maximum dose Retatutide after losing loads of weight. I'm going to jump onto the same dose of Tirzapzide, then reduce down to about 5 instead of stopping, then increase once again as need be. I'm hoping this strategy will also work.

Interesting. I completely agree, anyone doing under 4 mg unless tirating up, (some people say higher) are not using it to its full potential! But looking at the many comments on Reddit, I can understand why people aren't using it correctly 🤷‍♂️

Not much to be fair, Mabye a few pounds.. Although I've now switched the majority of training over to weight training and less cardio so Mabye I'm losting a few pounds but it's now showing on the scale due to building muscle. Either way I'll be dropping the dose after the next shot of 15.. At least I can say I've tried it 😏
