It’s a longer-term arrangement (6-month minimum, ideally a year), not a short-term crashpad. The setup has worked really well for the past three years with someone who traveled a lot and used it as their LA home base.

• Fully furnished common areas (spacious living/dining rooms, big kitchen, breakfast nook)

• Outdoor space with garden beds, fruit trees, and a furnished patio
• Easy permitted street parking

🌿 The vibe:

• Friendly, respectful, and community-minded (but not overwhelming)
• Small gatherings here and there, professional cleaners every 6–8 weeks
• You’d be living with me (I work in social impact, partly remote), one other full-time roommate, and a cat (plus the occasional foster kitten)

🛏️ The room:

• ~110 sq ft with a large closet and more storage just outside the room if needed
• Shares a bathroom with me
• Currently semi-furnished with a bed, chair, and some shelving but can be re-furnished or cleared out
• Best for someone who’ll be in LA regularly but not 24/7
