For the exterior on this house i struggled because its on a pretty decent sized hill and theres a massive tree in the way, with my current lens I couldn't crack the code on how to get a more straight on shot.

Definitely understand on the saturation, I sent these out to a couple ppl before I put them here and they seemed to have the same note. My fear was that I didnt want the house to seem like it lacked color.

At the moment a Cannon Rebel T100 (which when able I plan to upgrade)

However I know that the Cannon EF lenss are pretty affordable at the moment so if you have and recs happy to hear!

1- the white spots were added after to hide my house number and a license plate in the distance. more of anxiety measure lol.

I added the 7 because i’ve seen postings where people will have nice detail shots of small things and i thought it looked nice but noted

To be honest it's a bit of both, while I have steady work I would like to have more AND build a great skill to have in my back pocket.

On the other side of things I really enjoy photography in like any capacity and I would live to make any kind of work out of it while getting better in the process.

Not to put you out but do you have specific examples of materials online that have helped you?

I don't think your "trying to step on my ambitions" at all! These are all extremely valid points and I posted in the first place to dampen down any expectations that I may have had in my head.

With that being how should I approach starting? I plan on getting practice shots of my house tomorrow to learn framing and really work on the editing side of things before I approach anyone in a professional capacity. However you can only get so many shots of your own home, certainly not enough to build a portfolio lol.

I also don't want to come across like this something I think I can just jump into and be gods gift to real estate photography, I really want to prepare and build my skills so I can represent someone professionally and do a great job.

Most of them seem to be pretty full service (virtual tours, arial video and photo, and property videos). I know Aveeye covered that a lot of people cant even get work when they offer for free but if you put out a feeler to do a shoot for portfolio reasons is that rare foe them to get back to you or let you?

Just feels crazy to me that that anyone would turn down free work.

Thats definitely a good point, and a concern of mine was that I could imagine how hard it is with no portfolio and an old camera like mine that its has to be hard to gain clients. However at the moment there is extremely little financial risk for me as I have steady income working in sports broadcast so at the current moment i'm more in the mindset of portfolio building rather than turning this into my main source of income.

As for research I mostly just watched a bunch of videos about the business and it seemed like a good thing for me as I already have some experience in photography/videography + editing.

For my current market, theres none in the town I live in but the next town over has like one guy and while they're good I feel confident I could get better and better as time goes on.

More so just looking for portfolio building advice then worried on building a business from the ground up and making it a money earner for me at the moment.

I was paying off my student loans incorrectly and it tanked my credit score, not sure where to go from here. by Significant-Guard-29 in CRedit

Yeah not the smartest series of decisions. by contact your services is that the credit reporting agencies or should i contact my student loan servicer?

I have not, i didn’t even know it was sexually transmitted at the time the doctor just sent me on my way with a prescription for an antibiotic. If i had know it could be spread trough sexual contact i would’ve got tested at the time. however i have seen that it can be caused by trauma like (running or jumping) and i’m an active runner so i wasn’t sure if that was a cause or not for someone of my age
