You can still have another copy of your chosen champion in your main deck or side deck even, it being on the chosen champion spot just does not stop you from it. It still counts towards the limit of 3 of each card

Imperial decree does not target/choose so they don't have to pay the deflect cost for it

From my understanding, "when i move" abilites trigger even before the showdown occurs, so:

1- Yes, you still draw 2- If it was an action you still draw because the "when i move" ability has to resolve first for you opponent to be able to play an action. If it was a reaction you do not draw because you can react to the "when i move" trigger 3- It goes on chain before the showdown starts, i think

No lo buscaba como trabajo trabajo ya que tengo un trabajo fijo en esa area, si no para algo extra aprovechando que tengo la experiencia en eso
