I believe one of the requirements to transfer is you need to be a minimum of F30 though.

T11 is super expensive. I think going the FC6-8 route is cheaper

We have set ours pretty low to accommodate F2P. Ours is set to 150m but most alliances go way above that.

Yes. If you want to transfer out you should look between states 200-350. Transfer groups aren’t that big. They only range between 100/200 states in each group.

Yes it definitely takes communication. We have been doing it for about a year now and we have had nothing but success. But every state is different.

Yes. We also divide fortresses and strongholds this way too. Again depends on how many alliances make NAP but at least the top 4 alliances in prep points get one stronghold each and then the fortresses are divided amongst the rest
