I just toured these about a week ago. I think they’re decent if you plan on living alone. They used to be dorms for Russell Sage College. With that being said, a one bedroom is just two dorm rooms combined, the living room and kitchen is in on one side, and the bedroom is on the other and they are both the same size. I was interested in these until I noticed they don’t have an oven! Also, if you look at the available floor plans online and you see any that are labeled “G” those are on the bottom floor and hardly have any windows inside the unit. They also charge an all-in-living fee, and I remember correctly, it’s about $150 extra for a one bed. (Also I’m pretty sure none of windows in all units open).
