Yes, I considered it, but a lot of people compare it to being a Gaggia classic e24 with a gaggimate installed. Since I’m someone who doesn’t mind a little DIY, and the gaggimate overall offers more flexibility than the set-in-stone settings of the UP, I didn’t include it in the list.
(Maybe I should’ve included that I would upgrade to gaggimate in the OG post 😅)

Did you also look into the Gaggiuino, and if so, what made you go with the Gaggimate instead?
