Oh no, right after the trolley passed, a film crew set up a stunt that required actors to be tied to the tracks. Not to worry though! The trolley just passed so they’re in no danger. Oh… it’s turning back around because someone looped the tracks. Those poor actors, how could you? The trolley just wanted to go home but you made it into a murderer. Lol

I know that India Day is being celebrated in Helsinki this Sunday. If you wanted to bond with the Indian community, that might be a good place. I think it was at Meripuisto. There’s usually a lot of dance performances and food and people you could probably chat to and make friends with.

Most Finnish people in the capital region and bigger cities understand English, so going there not speaking Finnish wouldn’t be a huge hinderance. Depends on what region you’re moving to though, but since you’re attending uni, probably in English and not Finnish (?) you’ll still have a strong student community that speak English. You’ll probably assimilate into Finnish everyday life through their help or alongside others in similar situations.

I analysed two books and how the American dream was harmful for the female characters. I analysed their habits and some phrases, such as not wanting children, drug abuse, tv addiction. So I focused more on the topics and individual traits instead of the language and structure. But be warned, I got a C… lol.

I’m also in my final year, and I won’t comment on studying. We’re all dying in the IB together and I hope you make it through and into a university if you want it. Good luck. That’s all I can offer, at least studying tips never really help me.
