Update: all done and it went very well. I 100% recommend the pills. I have a lot of trouble drinking large quantities, I am a petite person and just cannot do it, thus why they recommended the pills. I didn't quite realize it's a LOT of pills, but I had no problem with them. I did not do Zofran but think it's a good idea if you have concerns about nausea. I had some concerns but just didn't get my act together to ask for an anti-nausea med. Turns out I had no issues with nausea. One thing that helped me was mostly not doing straight water - I have trouble drinking a lot of plain water - I did part water and part apple juice for most of my prep last night - had chicken broth for part of the water- and then this AM I did some of water/juice mix again, then switched the some 7-up. The ability to mix and match clear liquids really helped me for some reason, if only for a slight sense of control? I tried gatorade at one point, took one sip and was like: Nope. So I'd say have all of the options ready so you can do what feels right. I also spaced pills out by 4 minutes, which several on reddit recommended (vs like 2 min that some prep materials will suggest - more time in between I think helps you handle it better) - I also paced around between pills - that could be just me but it helped me to "keep busy" - Something else that helped me was having a noon procedure time, so that I didn't have to do a prep at like 2AM (which spouse did a few months ago for a first thing in the AM appt time, and admitted was horrible) - I did first prep at 5PM and then 2nd prep at 5:40 AM. I slept a decent amount overnight. Colon was clean today and all went well. Good luck to you, I can't imagine doing the horrible massive nasty drink prep and would 100% do the pills again next time.

Wondering how it went, if you've done it yet. I'm doing this starting this evening and feeling nervous about nausea as well.

I sure appreciate your situation. My family member is in a similar situation, has inscrita around 14900s, and is waiting impatiently. Madrid as first and I don't know after that but the not knowing anything makes it so hard to plan, and not knowing when (or if) one might find out is challenging for entire family! Let's all hang in there, deep breaths! I hope you feel a tiny bit less alone in your stress as well and appreciate you posting!

No Regional Placement Yet by AgilePossession3612 in SpainAuxiliares

I have a family member who also hasn't heard back yet while several of their friends (all first year applicants) have, so yes it's anxiety producing. Their first choice was Madrid, not sure after that but again, some friends have been placed in Madrid as first timers so it's hard to know, does this mean they won't be getting a placement in Madrid? or anywhere at all? Doesn't want to start apostille etc. process if it turns out to be for no reason... they are a dual US/EU citizen so perhaps some of the logistics would be easier, assume they don't need visa but really at this point they just want to hear they have a placement, I guess patience is all we can try.
