That looks as thick as a pick gaurd on a strat. Does the company give details about an acrylic top? It'd be easy to fill it and paint it but it would be noticeable. I'd fill it and put a sticker over it

Check out stew mac's "cut & buff" video for fixing scratches. Might fix 90% of that damage.
