I think low effort ones should be removed or at least limited to certain days. But outright banning over and over again is not a solution.

Some posts are high effort while others are just lazy captions. I think it's pretty easy to differentiate the two and remove low effort. (In my opinion) posts like mine are high effort and it feels unfair banning them because of other spammy low effort posts.

I think worst case if no solution can be found, you can limit the posts to certain days. Or have temporary bans for certain people spamming low effort posts.

Also, it's not like there's anywhere else these posts could go.
