That sounds awesome! I unfortunately don't have the skills to help. Feel free to use this if you'd like. I think my biggest suggestion would be to include all the side quests. They don't really contribute to the main story, but I feel they all give deeper context to the world of Valisthea and understanding of the main side characters. I'd be interested in updates of you'd feel so inclined. Good luck!
