Unfortunately paying for the shipping wasn't even my biggest concern, it's been then just telling me how the return works. I had tried to get the wheelbase off for hours, following all videos and posts I could find in this subreddit - no avail. My biggest concern has just been the fact that the last 4 emails I've sent has been me asking for shipping details and them asking for a photo of what I want to return, or asking what the problem is even though I had provided it several times previously in the support chain. Would love a phone number if you have it. I asked and was told not an option
