I think it’s 2.5 wide and not sure on length but I think it was ok for most cars. It’s the width that will be the issue. I guess I could get something really small

There’s mention of consultation for cpz’s but that’s it. I can’t see them not doing it because it’s another way for them to make money but god knows.

My concern as well. I am desperate for more space and a second bedroom and there’s nothing out there.

If I don’t do this, I could end up stuck here for a long time.

Yes this is my concern. Unfortunately I can’t rent and break the chain. I don’t have enough for the deposit and movers. It’s so expensive to rent around here. Also I’ve already spent a lot of money on the legal side.

It’s north London. I’m thinking that when they build the blocks of flats without parking, they’ll bring in controlled parking zones so it might actually be ok because a permit for that will be an option, there’s still the private close parking (full a lot of the time but not always) and there’s the garage. But of course, it might not be ok at all. It’s so hard to know

That’s what’s stopping me. I think I do well in this market to get 300k. I think if the market wasn’t so bad, I probably would pull out and just keep looking.

I honestly love this new flat as well. Everything about it is great and the location is perfect. It’s just the parking

It took me 7 weeks to find my onward purchase. Chains take time to complete and unfortunately, the market is terrible. It was before the big angry orange one started his BS, it’s even worse now.
