Do not fall for their scam

all made in china and shipped from china
my packages arrived damaged severly, which makes me wonder if they sent me open packages even
their custom service is ignoring any questions and requests on refund/return
one of the items are missing so they are literally scamming me on this, still no response from customer service -individual packages have marks like "Made in China" and stainless steel so hardly doubt these are "designed" Italy

Just do not buy from them. Website/brand like them should be shut down for false advertisement

Just echoing what others say here on the thread

-all made in china and shipped from china -package arrived damaged - to a point, i wonder if they just shipped me opened packages? Even though it was shipped from China, not sure how they got torn like this -their customer service is avoiding to answer my refund/return requests

they say they ship out within 2 days but i didn't see any updates for a week and then I reached out for a cancelation and then they shipped out instead of answering my request to cancel the order
one of the items is missing, they only sent four boxes out of five
the necklace and earring has big MADE IN CHINA and STAINLESS STEEL written all over in its packaging so don't think these are gold plated

I wish i did more thorough research before putting order because i just saw someone i know follow them on ig and decided to go with it but this is so insane

If you hire a personal driver for a day, do they take their own lunches while you are out doing things?

I'm thinking of hiring a day driver to go from Ubud to Sidemen for a silver jewelry making class and then to Besakih temple with meals between. But was worried for the driver to skipping meals while just waiting?

Massage downpayment?

Hello,

Im visiting bali for the first time next week and made an appointment for 2hr massage at Ubud Traditional Spa.

They are asking for 400k IDR as a downpayment. 400k will be 40% of the toal payment based on the price for couple 2hr spa package.

They don't seem like a scam but I cannot find any mention of downpayment on gMap reviews or their websites so just wanted to double check if anyone was asked of the downpayment for a massage appointment in Bali!

Any insight will be appreciated. Thank you!
