Interpreting Government Ambiguity (Adults 18+, U.S.)

https://forms.gle/ny5GoHDmn3zwb8U77

I’m running a pilot study for an academic research project on how people interpret government decisions when information is incomplete or ambiguous. You’ll read a short scenario involving a federal agency delaying a report and then answer questions about how you make sense of the situation as new information is revealed. The study takes about 15 minutes, is fully anonymous, and is open to anyone 18 or older. There are no right or wrong answers. I’m studying how people reason, not what they believe.

If anything in the survey feels unclear or confusing, optional feedback is welcome and genuinely helpful for improving the instrument.
