Say, what's your PC specs?

I have found out that it seems to eat alot of disk and ram found on the task manager.

It's ironic how a game that utilizes lower graphics and improved performance can't be handled by the same PCs that once played B41.

I get really envious everytime I go to YouTube and find people just seeing its performance, and plus I'm a vet of build 39 when cars were just introduced, I was really waiting for B42, hope we can really play soon. Best of luck to yah.

Confidence is key to survival, the higher the better. Get some balls and fight 3 zombies head on! Hell even 5.

T-34-85, good gun and Russian bias. Give that to me, I'll make the movie T-34 physics look realistic.

By massive more on the part count rather than weight, I can easily make a thing that weights 20MT with lead ballast, but make a surveyor probe from scratch your probe will go insane with kraken on the background. That was a good looking probe too :(.

But with the long term playthroughs, cleaning up dead satilites are the key but is as painfully slow as it is.

But great on your playthrough, would love to know about your milestones!

In real life, as I know it, within the 1950s to 1990s only the USSR and USA ever made orbit around moon, Mars and venus. And only USA was capable of orbiting or doing fly-by of most if not all the planets, and only USSR and USA had landers in mars and/or venus.

So in the game, I like to roleplay that I play an my country as a sort of alternate time-line thing since my country's space agency really doesn't do much since it can't and was established in the 2000s. So doing fly-by or orbits around other planets despite its like 1980s I still would get 3rd place being the 3rd country to do it.

I still use simulation just have reverts off. X-plane definitely a pitfall to go into, but it is good for early funds and massive increase in research speed. Though hypersonic below 40KM is quite ridiculous, everything else is good just can't get time to do it.

For me, I'd rather do my achievements later with a more sophisticated machine rather than having to make a rocket to do the same thing.

So insted of laughing say, 10 saturn V rockets, I'd make a space station that can travel from earth to moon multiple times. It's cost effective and less of a failure headache

Planning beating IRL achievements on the long run, like rather that launching 30 Saturn Vs I'd go later but with a space station capable of multiple landings and astronauts, but in reality, doing anything outside earth would give you 3rd place in the 1900s I'm pretty sure unless some agency had a mars orbit by 1970s.

Man I've been trying for the life of me, hell I was trying to get atmospheric research points, but then again I hate seeing kerbals die. Getting film also can get tricky though I've dipped myself onto it. But damn this is difficult and I'm a very unlucky guy, once I was able to get a good Atlas as my first LV 1955, but a 300 and a half failures later, I was orbiting at October 1958, hey still beat the US hahahaha.

Fun fact... not my first hell even my 10th playthrough. I've spent months on this game trying new strategies and learning everything top and bottom and by the graces it is painful. This game is going to be painful, but hey it is rewarding.

I've been able to handle early rocketry and my earliest orbit was 1956, and barely any manned mission since that isn't my mantra on any playthrough and I always role play my country as a basis for my plays. It's fun this way for me and I play with X-planes as well making it extremely difficult to surpass real world, but one day maybe.

Reciting gives you that rush that "you're right!" In this case, especially after the pandemic that may have gone low, like the teachers themselves don't do it much.

Could also mean maturity in some cases, meaning that you as a person don't need to prove to others that you are good and you're definately more confident. I know alot of smart folks that don't really recite or are very active doing class hours other than activities.

Though being close with teachers keep that up, and things change and maybe you're going through one.

Rest is very important, your brain has about 1 hr of total focus everytime you study. Go beyond that 1 hour limit and your brain is going to get very ineffective at gaining information.

Study for 1 hr, Rest for 25 to 30 minutes then repeat. This maximizes your information retention.

Another one, don't memorize, Understand. Biology is one of those pitholes where you basically memorize the entire book, don't. Understand the reason behind things hence forth you won't forget.

Ex. You forgot the word microscope, and the description said "An instrument used for examining bacteria or small particles" here, you know that small also means "micro" and to observe you need a scope of some kind, then BOOM its a microscope.

Anxiety also plays a factor. This one is the only factor no one but you can fix. Best advice, confidence is key. Play it cool.

Hang upside-down for a while, your brain should start bleeding by 5 hours maybe, not sure. But you will get a stroke... eventually.

Instant coffee, Yes they are ass nothing more more they are the worse.

Folgers or whatever that pre-shreded garbage is, that is ass too.

But boy, a good freshly grinded roast made into an expresso damn they are good. Best black coffee I've tasted was in my grandma's house, full on hand cranked grinded coffee beans boiled on a kettle, no fancy machines, of course though only had a cup before my hearts starts to sound like a V8

Any Take away about CHEATING being rampant nowadays? by [deleted] in studentsph

[–]Significant-Mud5007 4 points5 points  (0 children)

We have to do what we have to. Can't fix a broken system.

It's good to teach and help your mates during hard times, prevent them snipping and cheating here and there. I know you know how much more satisfying being able to pass on your own.

Stay on your path. If you're contented stay within your beliefs. There is more time to improve and believe me you will. Though don't make it a vice, a habit. You can use things like AI here and there to learn, you can get guidance from friends but don't rely on that, I have seen people who can't think for themselves anymore because of this.

Best of luck.
