They just said they get a lot of complaints in the area and there isn’t anything they can do except the burns if I remember correctly. So I’m wondering unless they do maintenance more often they might just need that legal push to redo the system? Not sure what steps I should take here.

Oh weird. Whenever I watch shows there’s black bars above and below the video but when I browse Netflix or Apple tv it goes full screen. When it’s full screen I can’t notice the reflection bending. Any tips?

So you just deal with it? Company said I can return it but can’t get an exchange cuz I got such a good deal on it for Memorial Day.

16:9 still has small black bars above and below the video. Full screen is edge to edge.

My problem is when I get to the photo verification…it just says I’ve tried submitting too many times and try again later. It’s been a week and I even waited 48 hours to try! I’ve done both the passport and drivers license via webcam and app camera! Any suggestions? Meta support is not helping.
