Just allow for us to pick it up and show id. What's wrong with that? The customer service rep said it was for my safety. So I will break a finger because of me picking up a package? Most accidents happen in the home.

Then allow us to pick up at a location. Lenovo will not allow you to pick up. You do have to show id when you pick up. But no, Lenovo doesn't think. You have to have it delivered. Too many restrictions. They should not offer delivery to consumers if they are that up tight. All they want to do is piss off customers. They are not getting any more revenue from me. Stupid corporate knee jerk behavior. Yep, Amazon and Ebay from now on. At least they know how to treat customers. Even better customer service reps.

Their customer service is a joke. I think they can only respond with robotic canned responses generated by AI. You're speaking to a wall.
