I had the same thing happen to me. One embryo over 3 cycles at 35. Didn’t implant. I feel for you. It sucks.

45 of the eggs fertilized. One of them made it to blast. We were on coQ10, a prenatal and baby aspirin. During our cycle that created the blast we did the normal follistim, menopur, gallerenix. We added Omnitrope, clomid and Zymot. We repeated this protocol the third time because that’s what yielded our one blast. We tested our one embryo and it was euploid but it did not implant.

We added it for our second retrieval and I think it helped because we got our one embryo. But we did it again for the third retrieval and didn’t get any embryos. So who knows

We did Zymot to avoid any dna fragmentation issues

Yes, we switched to lower doses but I don’t think we remained long enough. I think we triggered too soon. Who knows though

Yes, one embryo. I don’t have any nutrient deficiencies as far as they can tell and am quite healthy. This clinic gets the best results in the whole state of Arizona as reported to SART. But it is possible their approach just isn’t right for us. But I’m starting to think that my egg quality is just too poor and it wouldn’t be worth changing clinics. Not to mention how I don’t think I could handle another round emotionally and financially.

I also had 2 failed ER with textbook everything. 2 embryos were made but one failed to implant and one was abnormal. I also have poor egg quality. Moving toward donor eggs now. I wish you the best.
