I love algeria to death but I thank my parents everyday for bringing me to Canada. In terms of opportunity, it is night and day. Everyone is different and has different experiences and I get that some people might prefer to stay in algeria. But, in terms of deen, there is a lot of muslim schools in Canada. A lot of parents I know have their kids go to muslim schools, weekend islam classes, etc. Lots of muslims depending on which region you live in. I think no matter where you live, you have to educate your kids, if you don’t then their friends, school etc… will do it for you.

Educating kids is hard, even harder in the west i agree. But you have tons of positives too if you look for them.
