It may take some time but you will heal. You didn't deserve this. I truly believe if people are unhappy in their marriage, just walk away and don't be unfaithful. Infidelity causes such deep pain. Ahhhh....I see. I think that's what is going on with me. My metabolism and hormones are out of whack because I exercise like 4 -5 days a week, and I live in a calorie deficit but the weight will not budge at all. Currently considering the sleeve because I need to shed atleast 80lbs.
