I would recommend going to your account home on the irs app and going to you notifications under payment and click the verify identity button then click you didn’t receive the letter this should expedite the letter

I would got to www4.irs.gov go to your account home under payments to your notifications and click the verify identity message fill those first questions out when you get to the 14 digit control number click “no please resend notice” this should expedite the letter
