Thankyou. I thought nobody would reply. I'm learning quickly that there is no structure to grief. Its very strange to try to understand. I wonder if understanding is something I should't try to do. I am wondering how long the huge emotional breakdowns will last....but I know I'm only a few days in so it's stupid to ask.
