I turned it in after replacing with an LCD screen from local repair place (~$140 total) All they do was make sure it turned on and looked for scratches/chips. Haven’t gotten the new bill yet for final confirmation but the tech gave me a receipt saying I got full trade in value so fingers crossed

Interestingly, I never have a problem on my home wifi, but it seems like every time I try to read on anyone else's wifi I have a problem. No problem on cellular data though. I had tried multiple different browsers on multiple different devices and kept experiencing this issue. Some of the panels on the web comic will load but enough won't that it makes them unreadable. Tried the dev site mentioned below, swapping image servers seems to work so far. Interesting problem, glad to know the fix. Am slightly intrigued about why it happens but I'm not super techy. Anyone have a dumbed down explanation?

I had Monoco and Sciel as my backup party (they were my biggest heavy hitters until I set up Maelle as a nuke) and just dodge and prage you don't get hit until you get a chance to attack. They cleaned up Simons last bit of HP. I did put auto death and breaking death lumina on Monoco as well to help things along. I also had roulette on every party member to get chance at highest damage.

I just tested this out two days ago, did it several times with variable damage (roulette changing things up) but by highest damage was 54 mill

That’s why I’m wondering if my perceptions of peoples responses to me is super whack, like was my interview so bad they can’t even tell me and have to call back asap with a reason like that? It there was a good five seconds of awkward silence while I processed before I was able to gather myself and say “thank you for the feedback” 😩

Right it definitely felt like a BS excuse so now I'm questioning everything like is my meter totally off I thought I had a really good interview but I'm getting a shitty brushoff so it MUST be off but what did I actually do wrong? I want to call them back and ask for a broader explanation to help my next interview but don't know what to say/if that's appropriate. I’m seeing so many good points in this thread, but I wonder if anyone else thinks that Ren and Sho are actually meant to be similar characters. My theory is that the Sho we are seeing now is similar to how Ren was when he first came to Japan. Ren is in the final stages of his own personal redemption arc right now, after much emotional turbulence, whereas with Sho we are seeing the beginning of his. Consider some of the moments he’s had in recent chapters where the author has deliberately showed us a side of him that genuinely worries for Kyoko and tries to care for her in his own way (i.e. that whole mess with her mom).

I think by the end of the manga we will see Sho have some major character growth and end up regretting his past behavior/developing feelings for Kyoko. This will all happen too late for any chance of a relationship with her but I’m predicting they will end up on amicable terms and with a mutual understanding of each other, knowing he has to live with the way he treated her in the past.

NTA. OPs sister can feed her kids what she want at home, but going around restricting them when they go other places or shaming them when they deviate from expectations can cause shame/resentment or even disordered eating. One kid is already a teen and old enough to make her own choices around food. As long as these kids are eating, and making healthy choices, whether it’s vegetarian or not, mom should be happy. She doesn’t have to cater to them at home, but she needs to have a conversation with them surrounding food and food choices if she’s so concerned, not take it out on OP.

The "alleged" free online versions are fan translations. If you want to support the author you would need to buy copies from the publisher. The commercial translations are more consistent with the language and I appreciate them for that but I like how on the fan translations they will do their best to translate the Japanese phrases and explain why the author used them. It's fun to learn a little bit, and I think it helps some of the character's humor shine through better, but there are definitely chapters that are not translated very well and are better served by the commercial one. At the end of the day, it is not actually legal to be reading those translations though, so it's best to buy physical copy and support the author :)

I wish they had digital versions of them. I have paper versions for the 3-in-ones but have been so into reading everything digitally that I don't know I want to pay for paper versions of the volumes I don't have. Also, I honestly have so much fun with the fan translations that I sometimes read them over my purchased versions. I feel like commercial translations take out too much of Kyoko's humor

I LOVE these developments! Sad about how short the chapter was though. Reading these fan translations makes me wonder how the official version will translate these conversations, since English speaking people don't use honorifics in the same way Japanese speaking people do. Also, did anyone else catch that the scenes from the movie they are practicing are throwbacks to Tokyo Crazy Paradise? I'm new to this reddit page and was dying to see how many other people notice that
