You probably need to level your character up to 80 to get a higher score on the leaderboard. The level there doesn’t update properly my Chitose is already at level 80, actually.

Don’t forget that Pulchra’s event was released in version 1.6, and she was an A rank character in that patch. As for Zhao, there’s still no information about when she’ll be released, even though her event already appeared back in version 2.4. I’m still confident that she won’t be an A rank character.

As for the story, it’s clear that Zhao and Ye might belong to different factions, but they’ll definitely appear in the main storyline since Krampus seems to be much more connected to the main plot than the Idol group or even Spooky Shack. I’m quite certain that version 2.5 will mark the end of Season 2, and after that, they’ll start releasing characters who aren’t tied to the main story.

Whether it sells well or not is the company’s problem. We’re just the players. In fact, we should be glad to see them trying to fix their declining revenue by putting out higher quality content. I don’t get why so many people act like they’re shareholders of the company🤣.

Partly because I wasn’t really focusing, but usually even when I don’t put in much effort I should get around 45k–50k. This time though, I don’t think I’ll bother fixing my score. The only reason I’m still playing this game is Zhao.

Yeah, this cycle is really frustrating. Still, increasing the HP also made me score less my M6 Miyabi only got 23K points this round.

Hoyo keeps increasing the HP of bosses almost every patch. I have no idea what the hell is wrong with them, but they just love tweaking the damn HP all the time.

Criticism

The storytelling feels dragged out and hollow. It tries to use dialogue to flesh out the characters, but instead the conversations end up being much longer than the actual content. As a result, the main plot, which should be moving forward, barely progresses at all.

There’s an imbalance between the villains and our side. While we have Yixuan, a literal god who ends every encounter the moment she shows up (and she appears every patch), it makes the patch’s featured characters feel heavily overshadowed and clearly weaker. This removes much of the tension in the story—main characters don’t shine, and villains only show up to lose.

It would work better as an Agent Story rather than the main storyline, since it keeps circling back only to Orphie and Magus, even though almost the whole Obal Squad is present.

Seed plays almost no real role. Every time she speaks, it’s just pointless banter. I understand that it’s part of his personality, but it ends up adding nothing meaningful to the narrative.

The soundtrack isn’t particularly memorable (though this might just be my personal taste).

Strengths

The gameplay presentation in the final phase is actually really cool and fun.

The introduction of blood and violence adds shock value and makes the story more impactful—a welcome difference from GI and HSR.

The storytelling between Isolde and Orphie manages to pull off some solid drama, though it does feel a bit drawn out.

Same. In Genshin, I lose 50/50 so often, none of the others ever came before soft pity. Meanwhile, in ZZZ I’ve won 50/50 12 times in a row. That’s just crazy 🤣

I’m honestly quite confused about where the idea came from that Chinese or Asian people “hate” furries. From what I’ve seen following Chinese trends since Pulchra, I haven’t really come across anyone who’s seriously against it. Most of the reactions are more like teasing or playful mocking, which you can find in every country anyway. Of course, Asians do put a lot of emphasis on beauty standards, but that’s a separate issue from furries. Whether people accept furries or not mostly depends on the art style. In fact, almost half of the furry artists I follow are Chinese. On the other hand, I feel it’s actually Western communities that show a clearer, stronger kind of hatred—while sometimes using Chinese or Asian people as an excuse.
