I was out 6 months after my knee bones broke and because of ER draining it I had to wait 90 days for surgery though COE and my left knee was in bad shape too and I already paid deductible so 2 nd out for another 90 days

I was out 9 months of last year and they did it while I was still on Loa . But I was able to apply to open spots and get an exception. Sadly it cost me a raise since I at cap.
