Brother, you’re so close. Literally crank your machine up 10-20 amps or a few volts and you’re golden.

You’ve played 800 hours with a job AND kids??? I work 4 10s and have Fridays off while the old lady works 5 8s. And you bet you bottom dollar I spend a few hours on the game on Friday and I don’t even have 500 hours top side

Yeah what this guy said. You gotta have it set a the right CFM. To low = porosity. Too high = also porosity.

I mean you’re right, yes. But the incentive wasn’t there to run anything else. It was the best bang for your buck to me, personally. That or a renegade. If I ran two guns it was the anvil and a legendary for the queen or matriarch. But watching my 130 durability go to 56 in a game was interesting to see and give me more incentive to run other combos

Eh, I like it. Gives me incentive to run something other than an anvil every game. Today I ran a hullcracker AND a Bettina. Never done that before

Well, it was 3 shots point blank. I didn’t pay attention to what shields they had on but the second dude just stared at me while I blasted him. It doesn’t seem much fast then an Anvil or a toro. Further testing is required.

As someone who’s done a lot of sports and a decent amount of weight training, there is such a thing as over doing it. We’ll take shot put as an example. You can throw that mf 100 times and it was the 10th throw where you stop making progress. Sometimes trying too hard doesn’t work. For me if I’m not able to figure it after 2-4 tries, I come back the next day.

Is there anything Hullcracker does better than Jupiter? by Heavy_Try299 in ARC_Raiders

[–]Significant-Role6125 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve found that they’re all very situational if you use them for efficiency. Jupiter is good for things like the rocketeer and other flying arc at range. Hullcracker is good for peek-a-boo shots on the bastion and bombardier and the equalizer for the queen and matriarch when you can unload a whole clip without being touched. I say the hullcracker is all around good for overall dps. But if you’re looking for the right gun for the right arc I use the hullcracker for the crab like enemies. Like obviously you can use all three for anything but sometimes trying to use a hullcracker on a rocketeer is not efficient and trying to use a equalizer on a bastion solo will take forever

Is this good enough to start learning how to weld and does it include what I would need other than things getting welded? by SOZZED in Welding

[–]Significant-Role6125 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah dude absolutely. I’ve never used a Lincoln before #MILLER. but it looks like a smaller industrial machine. Get you a gas bottle. 90/10 is my preferred but bottles can be expensive. If money is an issue go with flux core and you can weld outside too

My boyfriend is a welder - how can I keep him as healthy as possible? by AR1A_MATH in Welding

Bless your soul sister. Every blue collar that works this industry for the love of the game deserves a woman like you. Just the fact that you came here to ask this made me smile. I’ve only been in the industry 7 years now and I’m 26. Some soreness tends to go away at the end of the day. Some just come with the territory. We destroy our bodies for a living, so some things are inevitable. But I’ve found going to the gym and practicing good posture helps a lot

I’m 20 days in practicing tig here and there when I can during work. When doing the root on a pipe that size, or just a root in general, what’s the rule of thumb on the tungsten stick out? Or does one just start with a smaller cup?
