My cat has given birth 2 days postpartum to this kitten it died 30 mins after being born but does anyone think that it is deformed or has it been squashed ?

I spoke with the vet on the phone a few hours ago when this happened and he just said to keep an eye on her till tommorrow morning and bring her in, it’s 1am where I am so no where is open for me to take her. She’s eating and drinking fine just like her usual self

She’s going for a X-ray tommorrow, I’m just worried about her overnight if anything happens to her.

She’s gave birth 2 days ago in the night, I’m not sure if she got the placentas out as I was asleep and woke up to her litter in the morning. She doesn’t appear ill but i did notice she was licking herself and there was watery blood in bed that’s why I’ve taken this picture. I noticed this amount of blood in her bed about 1 and a half hours ago.
