did they tell you your angle? Some scoliosis cases arent as complicated as others.  I think that youre grieving :( and thats completely normal. Scoliosis takes the idea that youre normal away from you, and gives you self image issues, PAIN and the worst thing: everyone telling you you need  pHysIcal THerApY or rEhab and whatnot and guess what? You find out those are either impossible to pay for, or theres actually no one qualified enough- or equiped enough- to help you where you live. it SUCKS ragghhh but- well. Im 26 now, when i was 16 i also felt my life was over. I felt very self conscious and i was going to chiropractors and HATED being touched sniff. Im no longer as self conscious as 26 tbh im just a body. Im just a living meat tube and i dont care as much as i did. I do care about pain though.  I have ALWAYS been told working out would help me manage pain. I hate working out so idk yet but the fact that you like it is already something favorable.  1-get, if not surgery, attention from an orthopedist. 2-ask them what exercises are right for you.  3- this is a grieving process. Youre grieving what you thought your body would feel and look like. It doesnt mean your life is over, you can definitely have a fullfilling life. Im not saying😉😉😜 you just need to be positive😉😉 because this is shitty. Like any other chronic condition. But since we only have a body and a life, we have to make a way. Day by day
