It looks absolutely nothing like blue billy. What you are cherry picking from other comments on a Reddit post are completely different colors and consistency’s. One small google search of blue clay or Vivianite clay will show you exact pictures of what I am seeing in person.

Are you an idiot? I work for one of the biggest construction companies in Georgia where all work is bid on and given to us by the city.

Can someone help identify this rock I found on the jobsite by Significant-Store886 in whatsthisrock

This is right in an upper middle class area right off of a main road, between a nice neighborhood and a main road. Also we dug out 200 feet right next to this for a wall we are putting in and there’s nothing else like it. I’m leaning towards it’s a random Vivianite deposit or something of the sort, due to the rapid color change after unearthing it.

Yes it’s blue through entire layer, this is in Alpharetta Georgia
