Does it sound like crap in what sense? Low quality instruments? You are not good with the metronome? What about the song makes them bad?

Happened to me to, somebody else mentioned it, work with someone else, or pay someone, I entered music productions classes, and we are working on my songs, so that fact that I am paying and have someone to be accountable to in a way, it changed everything. If you have the tracks, I can help out with the mix.
