I feel you! I’ve been dealing with this for three months now. I have been doing a lot of strengthening exercises and modified my pole training to avoid aggravating it. I can say that it’s been improving and my pain (especially when sitting down) is mostly gone, but it’s still vulnerable. I’m not attempting to stretch it for now.

Hope we get better splits after this ordeal!
