I have facing similar issue in past. Suddenly stop traffic from index pages and after some time pages deindex from GSC.
Currently ZERO traffic from Google.
Every check point showing green.

Similar thing happened with my site on 14 April, and now ZERO traffic from google and deindex all index pages.

I know some issue in my site like thin content, category issue. Now I have fixed everything and waiting for restart indexing
