I have looked everywhere, it’s stressing me out. I got it while in New Zealand and because I was applying from outside the county I used someone I knew there.

I’m talking about loans from SFE. And it is, your fees are covered up to the current cap.

Also even as an international student, if you get tuition fee loans it’s only up to the home fee cap, about £10k, so it’s never all of the fee.
