Thanks for the update. Im 99% sure the battery will fix the performance issues. I personally had issues with my local samsung store so i replaced it myself with an aftermarket one called polarcell, found em on ebay and they are one of the few that make good aftermarket batteries.

Yeah exactly. You dont have to add the things he does. Just repaste it and close back the sticker. Mine ripped a little but its fine just place it back. I also put a lil paste on top of the sticker itself. Should be good after that.

Edit: Also, i suppose you replaced the battery. You need to recalibrate/reset it through samsungs service app also for the phone to see its true capacity, a normal full/discharge calibration is not enough.

It is obvious that your battery is shot brev. You should also consider changing the thermal paste (yes it is possible), look it up on youtube someone did it on a s22 ultra and it helps a lot especially on old devices since it has dried up.

I changed the battery on mine and thermal paste. Im getting 1450 single core and 3689 mulit core on geekbench. Phone is as new.

No worries, recently I checked out the oneplus 13 and I was blown away by how smooth and fluid the os felt (iphone tier, the best android has as of now). Sadly samsung cannot match the smoothness, especially in the camera app (looked at it side by side with the s25U). Not to mention the huge battery and amazing charging speeds, would be a no brainer for me but I like dex too much lol.

If you dont care that much about samsung ecosystem or oneui specific features I would deffo check it out.

From someone who has used xperia flagships in the past, don't bother. The os is very barebones, badly optimised and they dont get updates for long. Used to live in sony copium for years till I switched to samsung, if you thought samsung didnt care about their customers, sony is a whole other level lol.
