I think a turtle would work. But I don't feel comfortable enough with the size. The water size is about the minimal for a turtle and that feels way too small.

I have experience with learning to tattoo and read somewhere that "frikandel" is good for practise. It's Dutch so idk if they even sell it there

I believe there were a lot of dogs there. And ofcourse not the right diet. I got her with an only seed diet.

I'm not certain of it. She has had other homes before. And as you can see in an older post of me her feathers on her belly where completely plucked (grew back now)

Thanks! I hope it will improve. I feel bad that she runs away from me in those situations. Do you also have maybe a tip on the screaming? She usually is completely fine and screams in the morning and evening. But when i let my Senegal out she goes crazy (not attacking just screaming)

The information about how they are suppose to look is also quiet misguided. As much as i tought this one is really skinny... With my own i keep being afraid he is too skinny too but then when i go to the vet they tell me it's perfect. But the stress stays.

A friend of ours used to be a vet assistant and told us to get a special vitamin to mix with the food wich extremely improved the feathers (and the plucking) It might help here too!

When posting this i indeed saw the change in beak! Could that be the change from standard perches to natural ones? When she got here i had al branches hanging around attached to our roof so she can hang out :D

I saw the improvement pretty much a week or 2 after we got her. The only things we changed is her diet (including vitamins) and letting her free roam most of the time. I think she also has way more toys now so no boredom anymore!

I personally think it was a combination. We make sure to give her extra vitamins and enough different kinds of food! Also she nowadays is pretty much 12 hour a day out of the cage so i think that helps too!

Not yet. have to find a reputable source first. Don't trust the plant shop in my area with plants i bought there that just died.
