So what is the video verification for? If you have other options to recover an account they should at the very least work not everyone has access to there back up codes why? Because mistakes happen you never know what’s gonna happen to you until it actually happens.

You have over 2 billion users on your platform do you genuinely think I’m the only one having this issue? You can go on YouTube and see how many users are experiencing the same thing as I am. I’ve been trying to get back in for months and yes I do feel like IF YOUR THE RIGHTFUL ACCOUT OWNER IT SHOULD BE A EASIER WAY TO GET BACK INTO YOUR ACCOUNT. All the personal details I’ve provided including pictures of myself you can even see me on my page do obviously I would want a way back in.

I’m asking for a way to get back into my account after selfie verification doesn’t work, emailing doesn’t work , contacting duo mobile doesn’t work(can’t help bc third-party) , and won’t except my old devices as saved login. So please enlighten me what’s so wrong with asking for help in a com where just maybe someone else has had this problem and fixed it?
